The guarantee applies once per item per customer. If you return an item under the money-back guarantee and subsequently reorder the same item, the money-back guarantee does not apply again to this subsequent order.

Our tip for use

Give the product some time. Depending on the dog, the initial situation, and the feeding routine, it may take a few weeks for changes to show.

If you are unsure after 4-5 weeks or have questions about use, please contact us early. Often, small adjustments to the feeding routine, dosage, or combination of products can help.
